Problem is bimbo got pushed into the alternative instead of mainstream like it was in the 80'sd and early 90's. When the big implants got banned and the shift pushing more large natural breasts they got moved into the underground so the only women that go and get all that plastic surgery were those in the alt scene where it was more likely to run into women with tattoos.
