The issue is also that they released Lei Heng's ID too late. Most people had already long since cleared the Canto. That made them want the ID, sure, but there wasn't much to do and much hype either. If it was announced instead of Xichunmael I'd have even rolled him straight away, but all I had to do was grind the missions every day since the Canto so I could actually bear to wait and shard him.
