Heaven Burns Red is super Super niche, 9 out of 10 people will look at it and dismiss it as a HSR clone.
Limbis has (for better or worse) a more "impactful" first impression gameplay presentation with lots of shit going, resources- meters, arrows and mechanics to understand that makes the game seem more complex than it actually is, but will tickle the jingle jingle of outsiders to try it.
