Starscape was the first big NA server we congregated around, and as of this writing, there's still a static running Dungeons with a few folks outside of it popping-in every so often. Myself being in said static, although I've been preoccupied with Deltameme since Friday. Priorities!
Arborea appears to have won the EU Bowl, as Agaia made several stumbling mistakes which soured opinions on it rather quickly, from what I've gathered.
TERA Classic is a much more oldschool approach to the game, as one would expect. Although apparently some dungeons are undertuned and inaccurately easy, going by what's been stated in these threads. "Modern" and Classic TERA are both good, just for somewhat different reasons.

If you're thinking about swinging by Starscape, feel free to toss a Guild Request over to Clover once you've acclimated yourself with the UI. Having others to blather with is always appreciated, and Starscape throws a LOT at you initially if you choose to use the insta-skip Scroll straight out of the gate (which I wouldn't really recommend 'til you've gotten your feet wet).
