also his works are really fucking long with bad (boring) entrance arcs, so you really gotta find studios and investor who would bare the possibility of losing money. Now I think the best possibility is for Science Saru to animate some of the Black museum into movies or maybe Souboutei in the most lucky situation (Moonlight Act is never getting any sort of new attention, there's not even a deluxe version of the manga)
