Yuzuha gives as much ATK as Astra, and Astra is used in several of Yi Xuan's best teams.
Even she's technically an HP scaler, Sheer Force still naturally scales with ATK so 1.2K is never outright bad, and it also buffs the other party member (though in this case it's Pulchra so that doesn't mean much) on top of Yuzuha own damage being okay-ish.
And no idea how the math on it comes out, but Yuzuha being able to help substantially with inflicting anomalies might be helpful, the damage on anomalies is never totally neglectable and Assault has the neat benefit of increasing Daze.
