I tried apologizing profusely but she slowly started rejecting any form of apology and stopped believing that I remembered nothing. Then I said something in confidence to said friend that was there about her being better off not talking to the guy that she's let lead her on before and said friend spilled the beans and she went off on me and I'm not blocked everywhere and was told not to show up at her house. I even had passed along gifts that I knew she'd like when she still didn't want to see me but was on speaking terms. I think once she stopped regularly talking to me I lost it a bit and let grief and jealousy take over and cloud my judgment. Probably should have just given her proper space. Now I may have lost her for good. Maybe some day she'll use the camera set I got her as a birthday gift, I'm still holding on to a bell I bought with plans to give it to her next time we saw each other. She told me to buy her bells at thrift stores and I always would.
