Engaging conversation, someone who actually believes in what they say and doesn't LARP. If we're talking relationship-wise I'm an old-fashioned person that really wants and can provide a traditional lifestyle. I'm a church-going, personally active and devotional Reformed Protestant. I have my life pretty well in order. I want a partner to build it with. Of course if we're not talking relationships, friends would be nice.
