I swung by my card store yesterday and they didn't have the decks but the manager had tried to organize a promo event (no one was interested, I live in the boonies) so he just gave me a free promo set from that, It's a half deck plus the necessary tokens and energy cards. There's a "sample" stamp so it's not free cards you can use later if you do get into the game but it's nice, try asking your card shop if you're curious and don't want to spend money on a game you'll have no on to play with.
