Do you know what calms me down, besides my daily prayers (Salat)? I love to listen to Nasheeds, Islamic poems. A warm cup of tea, tending to my garden, playing with my dog.

Think about what is going through our souls as Muslim people to see this. It is faith, Emaan, that carries us through every trial and hardship.
