I think it honestly has a lot to do with her unique skill, it's REALLY good
Speed and acceleration as long as you're positioned close to 1st makes her extremely strong when you hit the final straight as long as you have stamina to spend
She'd probably make a great front but it'd take some good legacies to force her into it
