There's no scandal there. Every modern president uses auto pen, including Trump. The president is also allowed to delegate parts of their authority to staff. It's not realistic to expect a president to personally attend to literally every tiny detail of the presidency.

While doing opposition research, which every modern candidate including Trump does, the Clintons came across information that Trump might be working for foreign interests. They reported it to the government. The government was obligated to look into it and the stuff the found was concerning.

Multiple law enforcement investigations and the REPUBLICANS OWN INVESTIGATION IN THE SENATE found that Russia interfered in the election and the Trump campaign had multiple suspicious contacts with them but there was no smoking gun of a bribe so Trump and his campaign were legally in the clear.

Trying to spin that into a "hoax" is delusional.
