There will be no negotiations between Ukraine and Russia yet, as not all the exchanges agreed upon earlier have been carried out, President Zelenskyy said at a briefing after the summit in Rome.

He also expressed the opinion that Putin wants to increase the Russian army to 1.5 million troops from the current 1.2 million.
