Interesting, what problem are you having with vace, are you using the 14b one? Honestly I feel it's just way better than plain wan and have pretty much changed to that. The control-net and first frame last frame are really intuitive to use, I can share a workflow if you'd like. These examples have worflow in them but I like it AIO so may be confusing kek

Try using it in this format
*Main prompt, general tags, quality tags, etc*
ADDCOMM --> This is to tell region prompt the part above is the common prompt that applies to the overall image.
Character 1, features, expression, specifics etc
ADDCOL ---Divides the region by half vertically
Character 2, features, expression, specifics etc

Try putting all the LoRAs at the end and never in the main prompt, tends to burn the image then.
