King Halo is pretty difficult without good inherits, you have to spend the first half of her career up to the Kikua Sho building her for Long and then hoping you have enough Spd/Pwr to handle the Short/Mile afterwards if you can do a couple of Short/Mile races in between you can set your URA up as a free win
