It is... but I still remain highly skeptical, especially knowing the type of people that will be moving in to Queensboro once they fix it up considering it's vicinity to the new Court Square Chink Town. As for Brooklyn, I have hopes, especially with how nice Dumbo looks. They did do pretty good with places thought hopeless like Red Hook, but idk, Brooklyn for me is just Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
