I mean it aint easy making scantily clad girls rubbing on old guys from an animators perspective. At least with the Raisins chicks joke it was exclusively a kids joint, and while Im sure there are perverts on their animation team having them depict whats likely a reality would make them want to blow their brains out. I can understand why they went for the middle ground for that joke
