The $200 coupon for SBRs is completely pointless since everyone will just keep using pistol braces rather than registering and jumping through the other felony trap hoops like engraving their guns or filing paperwork when you cross state lines. In fact it's actually a felony to leave your SBR at home with your wife while you're at work unless you put her on your NFA trust. Why would anyone open himself up to that even if the "tax" is $0?
