You can completely break Fallout 3, NV and 4 by running to a DLC area right after starting.
In 3, you can go straight for Operation Anchorage, Call of Duty your way through it and start the game with the Chinese Stealth Armor, Winterized T51B and Gauss Rifle
In New Vegas, you can dash right for Dead Money - in spite of being infamously difficult, there's no hard skill checks. Take Rad Child asap, and of course you can't bring your loot in anyway, but you walk away with the Assassin Suit, the Sierra Madre Security Armor, the Automatic Rifle, an infinite supply of weapon repair kits/ammo/stims, and 100,000+ caps
And in either case you jump from level 1 to about level 8
Nuka World is a little different because you shouldn't do the whole thing in one go, but you can dash there early to do the intro for massive rewards. Grab the Fat Man, Mini Nuke, Fusion Core and partial T45 frame from the robotics junkyard just east of the vault, then run straight to the Nuka Express. Use your first mini nuke to kill Kaylor and her team, use the second you find in the Thirst Zapper room to kill Colter. Do the talky bullshit with Gage and Mason, grab the aforementioned grape mentats and go home with Overseer Power Armor, the Furious Handmade Rifle with ~1500 ammo, 3000 caps and a dozen fusion cores
What was the hardest you could break Fallout 1? Not counting just sneaking to self destruct the mutants and ending the whole game in half an hour
