I don't think you have, no I'm not, and I've tried to avoid management positions when they open up, I don't want to manage more people and attend more meetings and not do the technical work that's actually interesting to me. I'm just one of the senior people who's been around the longest, and knows the most, and end up cleaning up after others, it's just annoying sometimes when people can't do their jobs
