Was this updated for 7.1? These buttons have been swapped around, Chaotic Cyclone is an OGCD and Mountain Buster is a GCD, you can't weave it in since it's not the Bind anymore. You should replace Necrotize with Crimson Cyclone and Mountain Buster should be taking its spot as the second GCD with a Necrotize to follow up before Crimson Strike.
