gacha is, as ever, shit, but honse has managed such a following because of all the details they put into the characters. they're all earnestly well written, and the game and anime are full of cute little references to all of the real-life horses. it has the kind of thought out, quirky universe that's fun to think about, and it attracts a lot of fans.
