Hello everyone
Weight loss has been going good after reading the rapid Fat Loss Handbook. Cutting carbs from my diet has helped a lot, almost done burning up my water weight.
I have noticed I can't lift with enough strength in the gym like I used to, and I was wondering if anyone here could recommend me some good protein powders that would help me retain some muscle mass but not as much fat.
