After pulling shit like this, she does at least owe him the truth, not some wishy-washy: "I may like you". Just say the truth: I was using you until it was convenient, now I don't need you anymore.
She was using him the same way he was using her, except for free. Him falling for her was dumb, but she should've cut him off long before this. She is as much an awful person as his ex is.
