>"What's the precedent?"
Why do you need one?
Rather, this seems to be about setting precedent in what has so far been a total mess of uncertainty and confusion.
What I find interesting is how Hasan called it "ironic" that H3H3, who was previously sued for copyright infringement but won on fair use law, is now doing the suing himself, but Hasan is wrong about it being ironic. H3H3 is essentially covering both bases. First he showed everyone what was legally permissible, now he's showing us all what is legally disallowed.
The women who stole his content all made remarks to the effect of "I am happy to stream his content for my audience so that H3H3 gets fewer views and less financial return on his work". Not joking, these dumb bitches proudly stated that they steal his videos knowingly and maliciously. That's why they're in big doodoo now.
Amusing also how some people have claimed this is misogynistic because H3H3 is suing only females. It's just like the question of
>why do black men get arrested more often?
Because black men commit more crime. H3H3 is only suing women because only females were stupid, arrogant, and spiteful enough to violate copyright law and publically brag about it.
