I suspect Rocks and his crew will visit Little Garden during this flashback or a future one, and he will ask Dorry and Brogy to join but they will decline of course. Oda made it so the Roger Pirates visited Little Garden in the past so I could see him having had Rocks visit it too. Maybe Big Mom and Kaido were taught their Ikoku/Hakai moves by Dorry and Brogy.
