LA has no future. Hollywood is already shooting most of their movies outside of California/USA. Actors and directors are living all over the world. Once the studios and agencies relocate somewhere else, what is left? Homeless people, drug dealers, prostitutes, illegals who can't speak English, some remnants of the olden days of Hollywood like the Walk of Fame. The allure of LA is crumbling and soon even rich techbros won't want to live there.
