fyi, you can search for player names in add friends. if they don't show up, they were a bot. only guaranteed method i've seen so far. also, after checking a few past 6v6 ranked games, the enemy team was either all bots or all humans, no in-between. i did try a few casual games though and saw mixed bots + players on my team, so it may be possible in ranked too.
