Carlism and Brazilian Monarchists make sense if you're familiar with the history of both countries, while the Vendeans are romanticized in a way similar to the Cristeros due to how grossly out of proportion the response by the government was (though unlike the Cristeros the Vendeans won given the Bourbons came back, this part is conveniently ignored).
Mexican Empire fanboys are largely French and Austrian, especially those in the French military and particularly the FFL where the Battle of Camarone is basically the French equivalent of The Alamo. The mythology and insanity of that battle is basically the foundational myth of the entire FFL and was incredibly fascinating to me while I was attempting to join (the Mexican Eagle/Snake is the symbol of the 1st foreign regiment and the HQ itself at Aubagne, picrel).
That being said, most actual Mexican conservatives and "lost causers" these days or Porfiriato larpers, and virtually none of them are monarchists.
As for Russia, that's obvious if you're a religious ethnic Russian or German in Russia.
