The only reason we don't want features is because they aren't already in the game.
If a feature isn't in the game, then it's because it's excluded due to being a bad feature. And in the event the feature in question does get added by popular demand then it was actually never a bad feature in the first place, Hoyoverse was simply listening to feedback.
QOL is inherently anti-player because improving your players' experience is something you only need to do if you cannot keep them entertained in the first place. This is why other games receive QOL; they need it where as Genshin doesn't. When the same updates get ported to this game it's simply the developers spending their free time adding an optional feature out of sheer goodwill.
