Key decisions of the partners:

The US is initiating a new mechanism with NATO that will allow European countries to purchase American weapons for Ukraine. European countries have already announced their readiness to contribute to the financing.

Germany will join the initiative to provide Ukraine with five Patriot air defense systems, supply over 200,000 rounds of ammo for Gepard anti-aircraft guns, and finance the purchase of Ukrainian long‑range drones.

Canada will continue funding Ukraine's military-industrial complex through the "Danish model" and is allocating CA$20 million for the maintenance of Ukrainian tanks.

The Netherlands are providing €200 million for interceptor drones and €125 million for maintenance of F‑16 aircraft.

In 2025, Norway allocated a total of €1 billion for the purchase of drones, of which 400 million is for the purchase from the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.

Sweden is preparing a new package with air defense means, artillery, and equipment.
