In a sense, I suppose we're similar. The difference I note is how I didn't have to fight my feelings of love. As for the rest of your post I cannot quite relate to faking and/or forcing smiles, but I can relate to having a new world open up in front of one's self.
I suppose I should get to what I mentioned earlier, making myself the best man for the Ritsuko I hope to find in life. I'll be back soon, but for now I shall work out for a while.
