Chief of Staff R.A.L. Eyal Zamir said today (Wednesday) on a tour of the Gaza Strip that "we are close to a very significant intersection" and within days it will become clear if there is a deal to release the abductees. During an assessment of the situation and a tour of the Gaza Strip with Southern Command Commander General Yaniv Asur and other senior commanders, Zamir referred to IDF activities and the advanced MM "for the deal".
