Jews do not believe in the Old Testament. The only people that believe in the Old and the New Testament (the twoedged sword of God) are Christians. If you study and believe the Old Testament, you would become consequently a Christian with the New Testament. There is no other way. The Old Testament is the very foundation of the New Testament, and the best interpretor of the New Testament.
The assumption that "Jews" believe in Moses and the prophets (the Old Testament) isn't scripture (John 5:46) and isn't reality. "Jews" believe in Talmudism, which is their ancient lawyer-type subversion and commentary on the Old and New Testament. They have nothing to do with anything of the Bible.
Jesus also believed in the Old Testament. That's why he came and fulfilled and quoted it. It is His law and His prophecy.
