If you rolled for Herta in 3.0 at minimum you would need to have:
>160 for her, 480 for E2
>160 for her LC
>320 for E1 Tribbie
>160 for Anaxa (not really needed but he was still made for her)
>all just to future proof 1 character for a year or less
100 rolls per patch means nothing when the game is drowning you in incomplete characters that you need to roll extra shit for all the time. Your fantasies sound good on paper but anyone that actually plays the game knows you're full of shit.
