Digital waste makes the internet a cozy place. It creates opportunities for true facts to leak, like what happened with Edward Snowden, WikiLeaks, Zeitgeist, or the Panama Papers. The bigger problem I see in the internet censorship, some governments chosen to lie and hide true.
So it would be great to save the internet as a place where you can find everything from racistic jokes to independent journalism. Maybe it should be implemented by creating ecosystem where every country user will get foreign countries DNS where in the internet space true facts and e-waste banned by local government would be available.
