I wanted to question why Daggerfall's female Argonians have tits but then I realize it's likely simply so female clothes' sprites would fit on them nicely without needing to modify them. I don't know if Daggerfall's Argonians meant to look sexual. Even Morrowind's The Lusty Argonian Maid I would say rather suppose to be a joke on how it's a erotic story where the lady is a ugly lizard person.
