I know DD is going to read this thread, so let’s do something different.

I want DD to understand that parts of nerd/web culture like us who operate bearing a considerable grudge or hatred do it because we were abused or mistreated. He’s obviously trying to present the narrative that we’re fighting this corner because we’re jocks who have never faced social persecution, don’t know what it’s like to be weird, and/or started out our lives being legitimately racist/homophobic/whatever in a vacuum. I want everyone in this thread to reply to this explaining in brief where your hatred is directed, why you hate a given demographic or ideological faction, and what abuse and unfair treatment you’ve experienced in your youth or adulthood that led you to the unflinching destructive territory that’s often associated with Gamergate or newer internet nerd spaces.
