That being said, so many have done more with less. There are even blacks in other parts of the world that do better than the majority of Africans. They've pretty much made every economical mistake that has destroyed better nations than them. Chinese style isolation and xenophobia, hostility to overseas minorities and merchant classes, socialism, and completely unearned racial violence against their fellow Africans. The constant GIBs have fucked them up too
