Well they do have things like the colosseum in Spain too. Other than the Colosseum of Rome being by far the most famous building of that type, I can't think of any cultural stuff in Dressrosa that feels like it's from outside of Spain. Though then again, I can only think of the flamenco dancing and the women being hyper passionate and melodramatic.
