WoD was neat, all things considered. Could have been kino if it hadn't been for the company being completely fucked sideways by Titan flopping and being turned into Overwatch, leading to everyone getting switched around and taken off WoW to prop it up. Looking back at it, it was overall harmless. Didn't really fuck with things too much, and was pretty self-contained. It's everything that came after WoD that ironically damaged the franchise far more in retrospect. Legion, BfA, and Shadowlands all happening in a straight line, it's fucking amazing that this game is still going.
