I didnt know i was this disgustingly fat, my gf just took this pic, im 171 cm 88 kg, there is any recover from this or its over? I used to be really strong and fit in my 20s im 38 now, according to bmi i need to lose 16 kg to be bmi 25, damm i hate this situation idk what to do i tried lose weight many times but i just got even more fat when i was Young i used to diet and loss 30 kg many times sticking to diet but cant now idk why this time i cant
