and just like that, Dorothy is finally on the path to become a Goddess (but knowing this game she will fail again, I hope not tho)
All major events start with the protagonist(s) facing a challenge, and obviously after facing said challenge they can call themselves a Goddess of Victory, but Dorothy was the only one who not only lost her title as a Goddess but lost everything. Even fated to be forgotten by the Ark, by humanity, something that Dorothy loved so much.

Red Hood believed in her
Snow White believes in her
Now Rapi believes in her
It's just a matter of time for Dorothy to start believing in Dorothy the Goddess too
(I do wonder if her suffering is related to her being the second fairy tale model. Now that Lilith is "dead", the title of Goddess of Victory belongs to her. The higher you want to reach, the deeper you need to go, perhaps even to the depths of hell itself)
