Russian propagandists threaten with Oreshnik:
"Today the total military spending of all 32 NATO countries already exceeds that of the rest of the world combined — including Russia, China, and so on. But they still want more. It means they’re going to turn their filthy alliance that starts with an 'E' into a camp, surround it with barbed wire, and start brainwashing people into believing that they’ll all have to go to war soon. There's no need to hit Kyiv with Oreshnik. Oreshnik is needed for the guys beyond the Elbe, beyond the Vistula. They need it very much."
