fellow oldfag I see. Im a huge fan of FE myself. I love pretty much the whole franchise outside of revelations, so seeing a dumb anniversary game was fine by me. The DLC was total dogshit though which made me sad. Wanted to see more rings like Lilina, Alm, Camus, etc. The villain rings were complete wasted potential too. They should have went all out with those. I wouldnt mind chipping on on a FE request in the further off future one day if you are down for it but I have only gotten more degenerate over the years where as you seem a bit more tame so its probably not super likely we meet in the middle
