Strange, but with "(outline:1.1), white outline" it has very low impact on final render and that tags both does not work correctly when using a samplers like SGM Uniform and Align Your Steps.

Here is an example with AYS(left) and SGM(right) - both have visual artifacts and not solid outline. Btw used wai v13.
