Capcom is generally committed to releasing their games on every platform available provided there's a way to do so. We saw Kunitsu-Gami on Switch 2. I doubt they'd do something exclusive on Switch 2, but I could see them do a timed exclusive as a collaboration project like RE Revelations on the 3DS
