good day my roonbros
Im stuck at 7:30/km pace. yeah it's slow. my BPM high too (160+). any advice to break the barrier?
given that I don't run everyday so I know the typical "just roon more" and I will. but like any more specific strategy to do? I cannot roon every day though. but I can run shortly 30-60 mins for 2 or 3 times a week. I can also replace one of those 2-3 times with a 90-120 mins session. that's all the time I can manage
