So was there an event that I missed? I'm starting chapter 16, and they just suddenly openly admit that Nikkes are made from human women.
Until this point, the game was pretending they were just robots. Notes I could find stated that women could volunteer for service, etc. But none ever directly talked about this, and the main story constantly pretended otherwise.
Did the writers just forget, and go "fuck it?"
