Here is my honest advice, I get that the original coin has a thick neck but Aryanne should have a more feminine shape, thin that neck
the eye is too big and should be farther from the edge of the face also fill that pupil, and finally make it just a floating head so it is more symbolic rather than just a sideways portrait.
